We have menus from dinners held at Château du Clos de Vougeot. $35 Copper Saucepan [SOLD] Early copper sauce pot inscribed ‘Chevet’ and from La Maison Chevet at Palais-Royal, the famous 19th century Parisian restaurant. $0 Corkscrew [Chateau Peleon 1892]  This rustic looking brass corkscrew is well described in Don Bull's The Daily Screw of 28 February 2003. Now more than 20 years old & a good example of how old something can be made to look. Length 17cm. $165 Corkscrew [L'Excelsior]  This corkscrew in good used condition is the Armand GUICHARD patent of 1880, It is made of steel and bronze with an ebony handle. Length 13cm $95 Corkscrew [ZigZag]  This recent version of the Zig-Zag is in mint condition and comes in its original carton. This concept has been patented in a number of variants in both France and elsewhere. $110 Cuisine et Vins de France [SOLD] The 1971 French edition of Curnonsky's classic first published by Libraire Larousse in Paris in 1953. Hard cover with original dust jacket.
